We believe aggressive claim management will benefit PCA insureds. Our highly experienced claim professionals as well as our panel of defense counsel are committed to a very proactive approach. We manage all claims inhouse; we do not assign claim investigations to outside third party administrators who have no vested interest in our insureds. We personally meet with our insureds to discuss their case; often this is done along with defense counsel.

In order to provide the best possible defense to our insureds, we have chosen lawyers with a history of successfully defending medical malpractice claims. You can select any lawyer from our team or use your own lawyer if approved.
