To purchase a policy from a reciprocal exchange, the insured will become a member of our association and sign a subscription agreement. Our premiums are competitive with and in a number of cases lower than most companies. We are committed to providing insurance at the lowest possible cost to physicians. To help us meet that goal PCA no longer charges a subscription fee.
